You want to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by a chef but you’d rather not go to a restaurant this time. Maybe you’d like to avoid the crowds. Perhaps you want to enjoy a good bottle of wine without having to drive. It could be that it’s more comfortable for some of your guests to be in a home than in a restaurant. Maybe it’s easier to entertain the kids while a chef visits to prepare a world-class meal in your home. That’s where Chef Carlos comes in.
Chef Carlos Silva will work with you to create an unparallelled experience in your home with multiple courses for at least six people. Just email us and we will contact you to plan your dinner. Chef will ask about your kitchen setup and whether you prefer to dine inside your home or on your patio or deck. Then he will work with you to create a menu you and your guests will love. The minimum number of meals is six, meaning either six dining guests or two dining with four meals prepared and left in your fridge, or a variation thereof. The maximum party size is unlimited. The base cost per meal is $75 +tax.
The evening starts when Chef Carlos arrives at your home. He will bring a cooler with all the food and his knives and pans. If you prefer to enjoy the company of your guests while Chef prepares the meal, he is happy to work alone in the kitchen, serving each course on your dishes. If you would like to see how your meal is made, Chef Carlos is known to be able to spin a yarn and will entertain you as well as share some tips and tricks in the kitchen.
Of course, safety is our first concern. Chef Carlos has been fully vaccinated and will wear a mask in your home at your request. He is a one-man team in order to keep the number of extra people in your home to a minimum. You can choose to eat indoors or outdoors and he will serve your meal himself with your dinnerware.
We ask that if you or anyone in your party has experienced a cough, fever, or other symptoms of sickness, please contact us to reschedule your dinner. Chef Carlos will do the same.
