We are so excited to launch Chef Carlos at Home! Chef Carlos Silva has been feeding Richmonders for over two decades in various establishments and is looking forward to adding your home to this list. Given these unprecedented times, we hope to provide you and your guests with an experience that allows you to feel safe and well taken care of. So many celebrations have been abbreviated in recent months and we look forward to providing memorable meals for special events and for intimate gatherings. While the minimum number of meals is six, a party of two or four could just as easily enjoy their dinner while Chef Carlos packs up the rest to enjoy during the days ahead. You can enjoy a drink in the kitchen while chatting with the chef or you can feel free to join your party elsewhere in the home until Chef serves the food. After dessert is served, Chef Carlos will clean up everything he used to prepare the meal and leave you and your guests to enjoy the rest of the evening.
